Beauty products are not confined to our makeup tables and bathroom closets. In fact, I have accumulated so many beauty products for my shower that I needed to install more shelving space in there! Over time, I have tried a multitude of different products, and have formulated a list of all of my current favorites for Summer 2017.
The Products
1. RG Cosmetics Collagen Shampoo ($)
The RG Cosmetics Collagen Shampoo is my latest obsession. When we think of collagen we think that it’s for skin, but it actually does wonders on hair. This shampoo has an ultra-concentrated formula of collagen that restores elasticity and fullness. It also contains squalane and Provitamin B5 to help seal in moisture and prevent further damage to split ends. Buy at RGCOSMETICS.
2. Petal Fresh Pure Soothing Bath & Shower Gel Lavender ($8.25)
I recently discovered the Petal Fresh Pure brand on Instagram and completely fell in love with their products after trying this shower gel. They have an assortment of options but the lavender is my favorite. The Lavender Bath & Shower Gel is super hydrating and calming that it serves as both a great body wash as well as a relaxing bubble bath. The lavender really does help to relieve tension so I love to add this to a bubble bath after a stressful day. Buy at PETALFRESH.
3. Schick Quattro You Razor ($9.99)
I have always loved the Schick brand, and their recently launched Quattro YOU razors are so convenient to have in your shower. The pack includes 4 razors, each with SmoothProtect blades that offers such a close shave but without the nicks and cuts that most disposable razors tend to cause. I also love how these razors are so brightly colored, and they even are scented with an Exotic Violet Blooms fragrance! Buy at ULTA.
4. Dove Shower Foam Body Wash ($5.99)
Dove recently introduced it’s first-ever self-foaming pump and it comes in so handy when you’re taking a quick shower. The instant foam contains NutriumMoisture technology that creates a lighter lather that rinses away quickly. So whenever I take a shower in the morning and I’m rushing, this is my go-to! It leaves my skin feeling ultra nourished and soft after using and contains over 250 pumps per bottle. Buy at TARGET.
5. Jurlique Rose Shower Gel ($24)
Another body wash that I’m loving for Summer ’17 is Jurlique’s Rose Shower Gel. I love anything rose-scented, so of course I fell in love with this. This shower gel is ultra hydrating and leaves my skin silky and soothed after washing. The roses are also meant to enrich the senses. Buy at JURLIQUE.
6. Senteurs d’Orient Hammam Soap ($36)
One of my favorite luxury soaps is Senteurs d’Orient Hammam Soap. They are all handcrafted with all rich essential oils and natural ingredients like shea butter, olive oil, and vitamin E to promote smooth and hydrated skin. They are also distilled by master perfumers, so each scent embodies the Orient’s most treasured fragrances. My personal favorite is the Tuberose. Buy at NET-A-PORTER.
7. Eavara Botanical Facial Cleanser ($19.95)
I always keep a facial cleanser in my shower because it prevents a lot of spilled water all over my sink! Eavara’s Botanical Facial Cleanser is amazing because aside from cleansing, it works as a powerful moisturizer. The gentle and anti-aging formula contains Tamanu Oil, which has recently made headlines for it’s ability to regenerate new skin cells, and also Vitamin E for boosting collagen formation. 8. Botanica Vita Lavender Dreams Exfoliating Scrub ($54.99)
I always like to have an exfoliating scrub in my shower/bath. Botanica Vita’s Lavender Dreams Scrub is a must-have, especially for Summer. The tension reducing lavender helps to sooth achy muscles while also evoking a positive and relaxing aroma.
