Valentines Day is right around the corner, and whether you’re celebrating it with a significant other or just flying solo with your besties, why not honor the day of love by showing yourself some! After all, if you can’t love yourself, you certainly can’t begin to love another!
The Beauty Essentials
Coco Noir by Chanel contains striking top notes of Bergamot, Rose, Jasmine, and Sandalwood, that all combine to make it the seductive yet classic perfume that it is. It’s one of my favorites to wear on special occasions, especially on the day of love!
Vinylux nail polish is such a great alternative to regular old nail polish, because it lasts an entire week without chipping. No one wants chipped nails on V-Day! Whether you like to wear sultry reds or feminine pinks on the holiday, I have included two of my favorites – ‘Cake Pop’ and ‘Rouge Red’.
Loving Tan is a great self-tanning mousse that quickly transforms you from pale to perfectly bronzed! Spray tans are essential for special occasions, but this self-tanner is just as good – so I had to add it to the list.
Big Sexy Hair Hairspray is on the list for obvious reasons. Whether you’re going for natural beach waves or a tightly wound top-bun, this hairspray is necessary to perfect your look. It’s one of my favorite hairsprays because it doesn’t leave your hair feeling sticky or hard, and holds my hair in place just the way a hairspray should. Bonus points for it’s fresh scent!
Laura Geller French Kiss Three-Piece Lip and Cheek is the perfect set to buy for V-Day. It comes with a moisturizing lip crayon, swirl blush, and a retractable powder brush. I love sets like this that come with coordinating makeup products – and this particular trio product comes in very Valentines-esque colors! It’s available here on QVC.
Lime Crime Velvetine in ‘Red Velvet’ is a go-to for Valentines Day. Not only is ‘Red Velvet’ a classic red lip shade, but it’s a Velvetine – so it is super long-lasting and kiss touch-proof!
Mally Perfois Pink Lip is another set from QVC that I highly recommend, especially for the holiday. It includes a satin lipstick, lip liner, and high shine liquid lipstick. The lip set is available in three pink shades, and my personal favorite is the bright pink! Rosebud Salve is a great alternative to lipstick if you would rather keep it more natural. Not only is it rose-scented, but it’s super moisturizing and gives your lips a little bit of shine, without looking like you’re wearing any lip gloss. It’s one of my favorite lip treatments because of it’s rosy scent and creamy texture.
