The recently launched TRUE Isaac Mizrahi collection includes 144 pieces, including color cosmetics, makeup tools, and nail lacquers. I was given a few pieces of the collection to try, and the nail lacquer in shade ‘Baby Bottom’ was my absolute favorite of the bunch!
The TRUE Isaac Mizrahi nail lacquer bottles are similar to Chanel’s, but with white lids and stamped with Mizrahi’s hot pink logo. I personally love the design, and want to buy more of them just to line them up on one of my acrylic organizers.
Besides the great bottle design, the ‘Baby Bottom’ color itself is a cool baby pink (must be how he came up with the name), with an opaque finish. The formula was well pigmented, so I didn’t need more than 2 coats. Compared to the standard Essie formula, it seemed a bit more on the runny side – but it still applied well and evenly.
