Essie Topless & Barefoot Nail Polish – Review & Swatches

Ok remember when I said I swore by American Apparel’s ‘Mannequin’ nude nail polish? Well I still do, BUT I have discovered a new shade that is just as fabulous. Essie’s ‘Topless & Barefoot’ nail polish was released in the ‘A French Affair’ collection in 2011, but has since been re-featured in new Essie shelf displays – which is how I came across it.

‘Topless & Barefoot’ is described as a barely there soft beige pink. The warm undertones make for the perfect nude shade that flatters most skin tones. The reason I’m so obsessed over this color is not only because of how flattering is it but also because of it’s thick and creamy formula. It isn’t see-through like most of Essie’s nude colors are, and that is also why this color is such a staple polish to have in your collection.
