Their packaging and formulas are said to make you feel some type of way, and I could not agree more! The company generously sent me their best-selling Lip Fondants, and I have swatched and reviewed these irresistible lippies for all of you!
Details
Infused with a delightful light vanilla scent, the Half Caked Lip Fondants deliver opaque (+ kiss-proof!) liquid color that takes you through the day. The lightweight formula dries down to a matte finish that won’t transfer, smudge, or flake.
How to Wear
For best wear (of liquid lipsticks in general), make sure lips are exfoliated & hydrated before application. Apply a thin coat onto lips & allow it to dry down completely. Only add additional layers if necessary. For the longest wear possible, avoid foods with oil.

Overall Thoughts
I am a huge fan of the formula and staying power of these liquid lipsticks; not to mention the incredible range of shades. A few of my favorites include: ‘Real One’, ‘Creme De Le Creme’, ‘Fan Girl’, and ‘Jelly’!
And lastly, it must be pointed out how ADORABLE the packaging of these & all other products are from Half Caked Makeup! From a marketing perspective, packaging is a huge selling point – and this sister-run brand has brilliantly carved out their own unique aesthetic in the oversaturated market of makeup & beauty.
