Burt’s Bees recently released a new line of Renewal skincare products that include a refining cleanser, intensive firming serum, smoothing eye cream, and firming day lotion. All of the Renewal line products are anti-aging and promise to improve firmness of the skin.
I was given the Intensive Firming Serum to try, and so far I am loving the results! Although I don’t have any fine lines or wrinkles, it still has made my skin much more firm and smooth, making my foundation glide on much more evenly.
The formula is infused with natural hibiscus and apple rejuvenating complex, which work together to both smooth the skin and also lock moisture in to tighten the skin’s surface. These ingredients are also reflected in the packaging of the Renewal line, with a colorful flower and apple stamped on the bottle.
The top of the handle is a squeeze pump that allows you to absorb just the right amount of serum to apply all over the face both morning and night. The concentrated serum also contains no parabens, phthalates, petrolatum or SLS – which is no surprise as Burt’s Bees is known for using natural ingredients in their products.
