Even the name itself is exempliry of being derived from the Latin word meaning “skill”, “method”, and “technique”. Not only is the brand of makeup brushes high-quality, but they are the most versatile tools as well.
The Artis Oval 6 Brush is designed to apply eyeshadow, foundation, concealer, blush or contouring makeup. Specifically, the Oval 6 brush applies blush beautifully to the apple of the cheeks, making a natural flush that looks professionally done.
The Brush
The Artis brushes are comprised of hundreds of thousands of man-made Cosmefibres that are used exclusively by the brand. The brushes are also nonporous and yet still so soft on the skin. Nonporous brushes are actually better for your skin and also help to ensure all of the product is evenly blended into your skin. Since I’ve switched my foundation brush to this Artis Oval 6, I have noticed such a difference in how perfectly buffed my skin looks. I always used to think as long as you had a good foundation you were all set, but the way it’s applied is just as important.
The Handle
The Artis brush handles are said to be like extensions of your hands. Typical makeup brushes are usually cylinder shaped and can make for an awkward hand positioning. But the angled style of the Artis brushes makes for a much easier hold. Aside from their ease of application, these brushes are also composed of the same carbon used in cars, making them seriously built to last.
Packaging
The packaging of the Artis makeup brushes is just as exquisite as the brushes themselves. They come packaged in luxurious black velvet boxes with satin lining and a magnetic closure. I usually never keep the packaging to my beauty products but since the inner tray is removable, the box can be re-purposed & used for something else.
