The OPI Color Paints Collection is a new line of blendable nail lacquers that let you layer and mix colors to create your own unique looks. Featuring 9 new semi-translucent shades, this collection invites you to tap into your creative side and treat every nail like a paintable mini canvas.
The Colors
1. Silver Canvas: A clean-slate silver to illuminate your masterpiece.
2. Primarily Yellow: Paint some sunshine with this glowing yellow.
3. Chromatic Orange: This freshly squeezed orange is awash with color.
4. Pen & Pink: I’m irresistibly drawn to this rosy pink.
5. Magenta Muse: This sultry red-violet is truly inspiring.
6. Purple Perspective: The depth of this purple is mesmerizing.
7. Indigo Motif: I have designs on this deep, midnight blue.
8. Turquoise Aesthetic: Beauty is in the eye of this deep aqua.
9. Landscape Artist: The lush, verdant green of wide-open vistas
The formula of the Color Paints is semi-sheer with a jelly-like texture. Because they are meant to blend and mix together to create nail art, they do not appear opaque unless applied with several coats. Overall, I thought the consistency was good and were easy to apply.
I was given Landscape Artist, Primarily Yellow, Silver Canvas, and Pen & Pink to try.
“Landscape Artist” is a lush and grassy green shade.
“Primarily Yellow” is a bright sunset orange/yellow.
“Silver Canvas” is a silver metallic shimmer.
“Pen & Pink” is a bright blue-toned pink.
