Indie cosmetic company, Half Caked Makeup (formerly ‘Caked Makeup’) launched on Valentine’s Day of 2016 and is already widely successful among beauty lovers. Their packaging and formulas are said to make you feel some type of way, and I could not agree more! The company generously sent me their entire line of Lip Fondants, and I have swatched and reviewed these irresistible lippies for all of you! Let’s begin the review!
The Formula
Official formula description: Our Lip Fondants go on with a mousse-like texture and dry completely matte. For best wear, make sure lips are exfoliated & hydrated. Apply a thin coat (our formula is creamy, so don’t load up on it) & allow it to dry down completely. Only add additional layers if necessary. For the longest wear possible, avoid foods with oil.

Overall Thoughts
Overall, I was highly impressed with both the quality and packaging of this oh-so-scruptious beauty brand. The formula was very easy to work with and highly pigmented, which is important for a liquid lipstick. I loved the variety of shades and especially all of the nudes as those are my favorite!
